Two phase project with LEED Certification required by the State of NY. Design for a new 20,000 square foot addition, on three floors to the existing Discovery Lodge. Phase 2 – Reconfiguring and refurbish the existing 26,800 square foot building, including replacement of HVAC, plumbing, electric systems, windows, doors and interior/exteriorfinishes, and exterior site work. Construction start to be Fall 2008.
