Designed for a growing research and development company, the Concepts ETI building incorporates high quality materials and environmental systems. Upon entering, visitors gain the impression of a stable and substantial business. Natural light, connections to the outside, and integration of all departments create a comfortable work environment.
Concepts ETI had four specific goals for their building. The building had to speak of high quality and permanence, be a comfortable place to work, integrate all departments, and be easily expandable.
Color, natural light, and wood finishes present a strong statement of a stable and well-crafted building and organization. A see-through display case introduces the test lab area while showcasing sample products. Interiors are light and warm with an abundance of natural daylight. Different functions and departments are linked by borrowed lites or floor openings to allow informal communications both horizontally and vertically. By expanding the mezzanine over the Research and Development area, internal expansion can take place without the usual disruption.
We received many, many compliments on the building, stated Dr. David Japikse, President of Concepts ETI. We truly appreciate the dedication displayed in working diligently in order to ensure completion of the building in a timely fashion. The end result is truly magnificent and a place that we all enjoy coming to each day and showing off to visitors.
