Fees

Our fees schedule has been developed since 1966 to provide equitable compensation for A&E services at a fair and competitive cost to the Project.

Normal complete services are generally understood and represented by the AIA B-141 document for Owner-Architect and various Owner-Contractor agreements.

The scope of responsibilities can be varied for special project requirements, and appropriate adjustments of the Basic Services fees are made. More duties or obligations than normal add cost, of course, when they modify the Architect-Consultant-Owner relationships.
