Granite State Management & Resources Addition

The new addition included open office areas, private offices, a large conference room that can be divided into 3 separate conference rooms, several small conference rooms, three separate lease areas for affiliated educational groups, a consolidated mail room and a connector between the new addition and existing building to house the shared cafeteria. The building has a partial basement that houses building systems, as well as a state-of-the-art storage room that utilizes an energen fire suppression system to protect important corporate documents. Exterior materials were chosen to match the existing building and include brick veneer with granite accent window heads and sills, metal roof canopies, a patio outside of the cafeteria, and a loading dock area. The connector area between the existing building and the new addition was constructed of Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) to blend the two building masses together.
