This project included a 35,000 square foot addition to an existing 24,000 square foot corporate headquarters facility. The entire 35,000 square foot facility was treated as a separate building from the existing building for possible future leasing of the entire addition. In addition, the lease areas were separated out for ease of utility charges. Construction delivery method was design build including full architectural design administration services throughout construction.
