A principal and a project architect become and stay familiar with all aspects of a project. We will lead you through the design process and solicit engineering consultants as needed.

One of our strengths is that we work well with the committees that are often involved in building projects. We place a lot of emphasis on developing and refining schematic designs and rely on user group input, in-house critiques, and design charrettes to review design issues. We are also aware of the need for good graphic material and easily accessible information that are essential for presentation to the various boards and committees, both public and private.

One of Banwell Architects major strengths is listening and communicating with our clients to keep all informed as we go through the design process. We feel each of our clients should feel like they are our only client and hear from many that this is the case. We enjoy what we do and are very flexible as we go through the design process in order to be sure that the client ends up with what they set out to achieve.

At Banwell Architects, design is a process that begins and ends with the needs of our clients. Our architects approach each design with a clean page. Each project presents us with a new vision and a unique set of circumstances. Our designs reflect the ideas and needs of our clients with innovative solutions that withstand the test of time. We can begin early in a project developing feasibility studies and site evaluations or assisting in the master planning process. We use 3D models to fully describe the architectural solution.
