A new 16,500 square foot base lodge to replace the outgrown 40-year-old original lodge. The design honors the skiing and Outing Club traditions at Dartmouth and demonstrates sustainable design principles.

A new 44,000 square foot athletic facility providing a gymnasium, 6-lane NCAA swimming pool, lockers, racquetball courts, fitness facilities, offices and various public spaces for the non-profit Carter-Witherell Association. Construction completed spring 1987.
