This project involved additions and renovations to an existing base lodge. The original complex of 9,000 square feet grew to over 36,000 square feet. Improvements were made across the board at guest services, food service retail, rental, seating, bar, ski school, children’s center, patrol, and management offices.

Green building issues included a superior building envelope and air barrier system, excellent indoor air quality, daylighting, high efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, and native building materials.
