Mr. Winchester has twenty-two years of experience in all aspects of the architectural profession and has been involved in a wide variety of projects including educational, recreational, commercial, and residential facilities. He has in-depth knowledge of state and national building codes. He has expertise in AutoCAD and is responsible for coordinating in-house training. Mr. Winchester has been with Banwell Architects since 1987 and became an Associate of the firm in 1997.

Additions and renovations to 1960s science building. Existing building is 66,000 square feet; new addition will be approximately 30,000 square feet and will house new labs, classrooms and support space. Design consultant is Mitchell/Giurgola Architects of NYC.

Boyd Hall Science Center at Plymouth State College (Plymouth, NH) $13.8M
Additions and renovations to 1960s science building. Existing building was 54,000 square feet; new addition is approximately 26,000 square feet on three floors, housing new labs, classrooms and support space. Design consultant is Mitchell/Giurgola Architects of NYC.

Williston Elementary School (Williston, VT) $4.8M
New K-4 primary school for 400 students, incorporating multi-age “houses” and self-directed electronic learning technologies.

Carter Community Building (Lebanon, NH) $650,000
Renovations to 12,000 square foot 1919 Carter Community Building, including reconfiguration of basement for three new multi-purpose rooms; and life safety, mechanical, electrical and accessibility upgrades.

Carter-Witherell Building (Lebanon, NH)
4,000 square foot addition to the CWB to contain a full-service child care facility, aerobic dance space and expanded cardio-vascular weight and nautilus facilities. Designed for future addition of a third floor.

Design and construction of a 44,000 square foot base village including day lodge, rental, ski school and skiwee.
