Banwell Architects was asked to design a new 25,000 square foot ski base lodge to replace the 50-year-old North Peak Lodge. This new lodge includes food service, seating areas, retail shop, and guest services.

The project was an excellent example of fast-track scheduling with owner, architect, and contractor acting as a team. Banwell Architects was hired in March and joined forces with the construction manager, Trumbull-Nelson, a month later. Ground was broken in late June, and the building opened 22 weeks later.
